Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

As part of our design team, you will:

• Design visually stunning user interfaces for websites, apps, and digital platforms.
• Conduct user research, wireframing, and prototyping to refine user experiences.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented effectively.
• Utilize AI-powered design tools to enhance workflows and optimize user journeys.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency across projects.
• Conduct user testing and A/B testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, usability standards, and emerging technologies.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Required Skills & Experience

We are looking for a design thinker who understands both UI and UX principles and can create compelling digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have:

• 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with prototyping tools and user testing methodologies.
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-friendly UI designs and UX research projects.
• A good understanding of front-end development concepts is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and automation techniques is beneficial.
• The ability to work on tight deadlines and fast turnarounds without compromising quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in design execution.
• Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms.
