About the Role:
• A highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our Agile development team.
• The Scrum Master will play a critical role in guiding the team through the Scrum framework, facilitating agile ceremonies, and removing impediments to ensure successful SPRINTs.
• SPRINT Planning is the key role. Scrum Master is also expected to participate in Product Roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
• Scrum Mastery:
o Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
o Guide the team in applying Scrum principles, practices, and values.
o Coach the team on Agile methodologies and best practices.
o Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
o Track and report on team progress and velocity.
• Team Leadership:
o Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
o Motivate and empower the team to achieve their goals.
o Resolve conflicts and facilitate communication within the team.
o Identify and address team dynamics and morale issues.
• Risk Management:
o Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact the project.
o Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Continuous Improvement:
o Continuously evaluate and improve Scrum processes within the team.
o Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment.
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles, values, and artifacts.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with Agile tools. e.g., JIRA.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Kanban, Lean) is a plus.
• Experience with software development methodologies is a plus.
• Experience with scaling agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master) is a plus
