Job Description:
As a SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant, you will be involved in implementing, deploy & Support SAP SuccessFactors solutions to achieve defined business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise business process improvement on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central enablement initiatives.
- Interact with clients to understand the business requirements to conclude blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements.
- Manage the SAP SuccessFactors projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Understand the technology landscape and how it affects the client’s area of the business; trends associated with the technology; functional areas and industries and the value propositions for clients to rotate to the new.
- Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues.
Professional Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
- Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central is a Must.
- Minimum of 4 years experience of SAP experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central ( EC)Core, Time Off, Timesheet, and knowledge in integration with other 3rd Party tools.
- Minimum 2 End-to-end implementation experience in SF Employee Central with Time Off & Timesheet and Benefits.
- Understanding of business processes related to Core HR.
- Good to have minimum knowledge of any additional SF modules.
- Strong experience in EC implementation projects and collaboratively working with other Module teams.
- The candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed, and be capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to a proactive review of processes and procedures to enhance service quality, service delivery, and support continually.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Having traditional HR function knowledge and migrating to SAP will be a Plus.
