Description:
The SAP Sales Manager will identify business opportunities by developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers to increase interest and qualify leads. The sales Manager will have a keen understanding of SAP’s product offerings, and the ability to close the deals while communicating our value to all related industries.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prospect and build a sales pipeline via outbound calls, email, and other direct marketing methods.
- Qualify all sales leads, allocate as appropriate, and drive leads through the sales process by initiating face-to-face appointments.
- Follow up with each Sales meeting, post-meeting. Determine the result of the respective meeting and follow up appropriately to close the loop.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals following the strategic plan, developed by the Director of Sales.
- Consistently log and record every outreach made, in CRM, producing regular activity reports as requested by the Director of Sales.
- Act as a bridge between Marketing and Sales. Be cognizant of each marketing initiative, and work toward corporate objectives.
- Incanted to close smaller deals independently.
- Must interact effectively with all levels of management and staff, internally and externally.
- Experience in lead nurturing, lead generation, and appointment setting.
- Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, and motivated, and must work well individually or as a member of a team.
- Strong Internet research skills are required.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Self-starting with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
Requirements:
- 6-7 years of proven sales experience preferably ERP product and SAP ERP additional benefit.
- Track record of over-achieving sales quota.
- Strong presentation and convincing skills.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Experience working with CRM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a related field.
