A Java Lead Developer with 8-10 years of experience is a senior-level professional responsible for leading Java development projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Their primary role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project deadlines. As an individual contributor, they should possess extensive coding expertise, contributing approximately 80% of their time to hands-on coding tasks while also mentoring junior developers.

Roles And Responsibility:

Java/J2EE technologies
spring data, spring batch, spring security, spring integration, spring social
• Experience and good knowledge of Webservices, REST services, JPA, Hibernate
• Good understanding of event-driven design
• Profound Knowledge about APIs and API-driven development
• Experience in microservices.
• Should have experience in writing unit tests with JUnit, Mockito, or Power Mock
• Good knowledge of DevOps Tools and should be able to build, test, and deploy Java apps
• Familiarity with database technologies such as MSSQL
• Strong communication and Analytical skills
• Investment Banking background
