Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience and
a background in Management Consulting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills,
experience in Microsoft Power BI, and a proven ability to drive business improvements through
data insights and process optimization. Selected candidate will have an opportunity to work
with our esteemed customer based in European region and work on exciting digital
transformation projects.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze business requirements, processes, and data to identify key insights and
business needs.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their goals and translate them
into detailed business and functional requirements and actions.
• Assess current ways of working and provide strategic recommendations for
improvements, alignment, and operational e?iciency
• Create clear documentation including process flows, requirements documents, and
business cases.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI to deliver
actionable insights.
• Assist in the development of project plans and timelines, ensuring deliverables are met.
• Support the implementation of solutions and track progress through
postimplementation.
• Manage relationships with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth communication
and project success.
• Leverage consulting experience to provide best practices and guidance to clients.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, including prior experience in
Management Consulting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, with experience in building and managing reports
and dashboards. Strong ability to gather and document business requirements
and translate them into actionable insights.
• Experience with data analysis, business process modelling, and process
improvement.
• Experience with defining and implementing agile ways of working in a Software
Development environment
• Proficient in MS O?ice, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with relevant
Business Analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering actionable business
solutions.
Preferred:
• Education: Bachelor of Engineering, MBA from a reputed institution
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, MI-PBA).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile
Framework).
• SAFe certifications (e.g., SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner) are a plus.
