We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Automation & Data Integration Specialist to manage the seamless extraction and integration . This role requires expertise in Zapier-based workflow automation, API integrations, and data structuring to ensure accurate and efficient data transfer between platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain automated data retrieval workflows using Zapier.
Set up and optimize API calls to extract structured data from external platforms.
Map, format, and push extracted data into with accuracy.
Monitor and troubleshoot data automation processes to ensure seamless functionality.
Implement error-handling mechanisms to prevent data loss and maintain workflow integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data visibility and reporting.
Document workflow configurations and provide recommendations for efficiency improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ Automation & Integration: Expertise with Zapier for workflow automation, triggers, and multi-step actions.
✔ API Interaction: Ability to read API documentation, authenticate, and configure API requests (primarily GET requests).
✔ Data Structuring & Formatting: Strong experience working with JSON, webhooks, and data parsing for integration purposes.
✔  Expertise: Familiarity with setting up and managing boards, dashboards, and data visualization.
✔ Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve integration failures, data inconsistencies, and API issues.
✔ Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in data extraction, mapping, and automation logic.
✔ Process Documentation: Ability to create clear documentation of integration setups, workflows, and troubleshooting guides.

Preferred Qualifications
➕ Experience with other automation tools (Make/Integromat, Power Automate, etc.)
➕ Familiarity with data-driven project management workflows
➕ Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages for advanced automation
