Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Android developers to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve high-quality Android applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Design, and Backend Engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
•  Architect robust and scalable Android application architectures, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest Android development trends, tools, and best practices, and ensure their adoption within the team.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage, automate testing processes, and maintain code quality through code reviews and other quality gates.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering deployment and post-launch support.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Android application development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Java & Kotlin programming languages, with a deep understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, and related tools.
• Experience with software architecture patterns such as MVP, MVVM, or Clean Architecture, and familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, material design guidelines, and performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous
  integration/delivery tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bitrise).
